Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an accredited exercise rehabilitation specialist to deliver tailored treatment programs directly to patients in their homes, gyms, and community spaces. As a specialist, you will support patients to restore function, improve mobility, and regain confidence.

About the Role:
  • Patient Hero: Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Data Analyst: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral networks to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborator: Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team including specialists, general practitioners, vocational rehab, injury managers, and other allied health professionals.
