About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team in Devonport, Tasmania. As an Agronomy Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and providing superior agronomic advice and inputs to our key clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert agronomic advice and recommendations to improve crop production, resilience, and sustainability
  • Work closely with our key clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with key suppliers
  • Collaborate with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in agronomy or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and application
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
