Agronomist - Horticulture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team at Nutrien Ag Solutions in Tasmania. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on crop management and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yields and crop quality
- Conduct soil testing and analysis to inform fertiliser and nutrient recommendations
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on crop monitoring and management
- Collaborate with branch staff to drive promotions and sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in agronomy or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and application
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
