Agronomy Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomy Account Manager to join our team in Devonport, Tasmania. As an Agronomy Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the region, providing superior agronomic advice and inputs with a focus on horticulture agronomy and crop monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our key clients to provide tailored agronomic advice and solutions to improve crop production, resilience, and sustainability.
- Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with key suppliers.
- Collaborate with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in agronomy or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- A drivers license and a forklift license would be advantageous.
