Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team at the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving the success of critical projects that enhance and streamline our operations.

About the Position

  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage projects that align with our corporate services strategy, including:

  • Spearheading project management activities such as conducting cutting-edge research, gathering and analysing data, crafting insightful reports and frameworks, offering strategic recommendations to leadership and project teams, and overseeing the implementation and evaluation of key focus areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in the preparation of complex reports, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in undertaking research activities, including collecting, analysing, consolidating, and reporting on data/information from a variety of sources.
  • Experience in the development and critical analysis of program/service development.
  • Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Building and maintaining external working relationships with key stakeholders.

Benefits and Salary Information

This is a full-time temporary position, available up to 17 October 2025. The successful candidate will receive a base salary ranging from $85,790 to $95,413 per annum, plus superannuation, leave loading, and salary sacrificing benefits. We also offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
