Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Cost Manager to lead our project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of multiple projects, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
  • Project lead and commercial lead for clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Experience in fit-out projects is preferred, as is experience delivering across a program of works.
  • Manage T&T financials on projects and commission management, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Assist in leading carbon calculation services and lead a team in delivering projects for key clients.
  • Train and develop junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Interact proactively with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables, with a focus on commercial development and fit-out sectors.
  • MRICS or MAIQS certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
