About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our office fitout projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of these projects. This full-time permanent position is based in our Sydney CBD office, conveniently located near Wynyard or Martin Place station.

Key Responsibilities

This role entails managing multiple projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from $1M to $15M. You will be responsible for:
  • Leading and managing fitout projects from inception to completion.
  • Reviewing risks associated with project contracts prior to commencement of construction.
  • Collaborating with our Site Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Preparing project forecasts to inform decision-making.
  • Chairing Project Control Meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Conducting regular inspections to review quality standards and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a Project Manager role or similar in the construction industry, preferably with expertise in workplace and office fitouts.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
  • An understanding of trade quotations, cost management, and interpreting plans.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager looking to take on new challenges, please submit your application.
