About the Role

At ASC, we're seeking an experienced Training Program Developer to lead our Learning and Development initiatives for the SSN AUKUS Build Program.

Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV or higher level Qualification in adult learning or equivalent professional experience in L&D.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the defence or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

We offer a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
