Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave cover role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing compliance across the Alliance, leading a team to deliver high-quality projects in accordance with standards, legislation, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring the Alliance Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance, implementing quality management plans, ensuring alliance policies and procedures are implemented through a robust auditing schedule, tracking and monitoring quality performance indicators and non-conformances, positively influencing the quality culture and performance on the Alliance, engaging with project teams, stakeholders, and project owners to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Business, Quality Management, or Project Management, or significant experience in the construction industry.
  • Lead auditor experience and relevant qualification.
  • More than 5 years' experience in a similar role or project management role preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills having successfully led and managed a team.
  • Experience in performance reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement.
