Job Description- Permanent, Full Time
This strategic leadership role will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance systems, frameworks, and practices for VCE and VET offerings. The successful candidate will manage compliance-related risks, lead audit preparedness and response, ensure adherence to legislative requirements, and support curriculum quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to staff across the organisation on compliance matters.
- Lead the institutional response to internal and external audits and reviews.
- Review and verify the development, validation, and verification of curriculum, training packages, and assessment tools.
- Ensure trainers and assessors possess the necessary qualifications and industry currency.
- Implement quality assurance practices for training delivery, assessment outcomes, and student record management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key regulatory authorities and funding bodies.
- Design and deliver internal training programs to enhance compliance capability across teaching and administration staff.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aligned with best practice compliance and governance.
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risks and legislative changes impacting VET and VCE programs.
