Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing an Account's Compliance Strategy.

This opportunity involves:

  • Creating and implementing a Compliance Management Plan.
  • Overseeing account operational and FM compliance.
  • Managing risk logs, incidents, and property inspections.
  • Supporting audit programs and OHS inspections.
  • Developing standardized processes and documentation frameworks.
  • Coordinating integration improvement activities.
  • Assisting in annual account strategy and planning.

An ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in Engineering, Facility Management, or Risk Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with ability to work independently.
