Compliance Initiative Delivery Lead

The Customer Compliance Performance team is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Compliance Initiative Delivery Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compliance-related projects and programs across the business.

  • Provide strategic compliance advice and support to the business unit across various projects and initiatives
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of compliance initiatives, including transformation projects, uplift programs, and continuous improvement activities
  • Facilitate organizational change management and communications to support successful implementation and business adoption
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and embedding lessons learned across initiatives
  • Effectively manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and interdependencies across multiple initiatives

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have considerable experience in leading project deliveries, preferably within a compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory environment.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives that improve business processes, systems, or compliance maturity
  • Knowledge of operational compliance and risk frameworks and processes
  • Experience with agile methodologies, having the ability to plan, execute, and oversee business projects from inception to completion
  • Adaptable and proactive, ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic setting
  • Organised and detail focussed with a strong ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
