Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead, motivate, and coach a team of experienced banking professionals to achieve exceptional results in customer service and sales.
  • To identify business opportunities in the broader market and develop strategies for branch growth through active business development, both internal and external.
  • To demonstrate exceptional experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members regarding product knowledge, sales, and service excellence.
  • To nurture existing customer relationships and implement a lead generation and community engagement program to attract new customers to BOQ.
  • To ensure all compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.

Requirements:

  • A natural-born leader with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional experience in strategic business development, including developing and implementing initiatives to target customers and acquire greater market share.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the area.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving personal targets and ensuring success is achieved.
  • Able to learn and confidently use a number of technical financial systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
