Role Overview

As an Executive Leadership Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking at BOQ Group. This position involves collaborating closely with the Head of Leadership to design and deliver high-quality leadership development programs for our people leaders.

Your responsibilities will include developing engaging leadership program collateral, ensuring it resonates with a diverse audience, and facilitating programs both in-person and virtually. These initiatives are designed to drive strong commercial outcomes, strengthen our risk culture, and enhance leadership capability and maturity.

You will also be responsible for embedding leadership development into the workflow, partnering with colleagues to integrate leadership attributes and practices into the employee experience, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality leadership development programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning experiences that leave a lasting impression
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and effective communication
  • Partner with colleagues to embed leadership attributes and practices into the employee experience
  • Drive business outcomes by leveraging leadership development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leadership development, business partnering, and facilitation
  • Natural ability to engage leaders at all levels and create meaningful connections
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a human-centered design mindset
  • Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • A knack for designing tools and programs that resonate with diverse audiences
