
Consumer Insights Leader

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Insights Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and running qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform product decisions, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in qualitative research, market research, user research, or consumer insights, preferably in high-growth, product-led environments.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to influence product, brand, and marketing decisions through clear, well-communicated insights, as well as deep experience in qualitative methods and survey design.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and run qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform product decisions, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.
- Lead research efforts across various verticals, including core, emerging, and partnership markets.
- Develop and implement structured frameworks to shape our understanding of new markets.
- 5-8+ years of experience in qualitative research, market research, user research, or consumer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product, brand, and marketing decisions through clear, well-communicated insights.
- Deep experience in qualitative methods (interviews, ethnography, diary studies) and survey design (NPS, brand, pricing, segmentation).
- Familiarity with frameworks like Kano, pricing sensitivity testing, or conjoint analysis.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to coach others in research craft.
- A bias toward action, clarity, and making insights matter.
