This Docklands-based role partners with research agencies, the marketing team, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the voice of the consumer is front and centre. You'll oversee end-to-end research projects, manage tracking programs, drive best-in-class methodologies, and influence senior stakeholders with clear insights that lead to action.

  • Develop and execute consumer research strategies in partnership with agency suppliers
  • Lead the brand health tracking program and flexi-modules
  • Build and maintain frameworks for competitive benchmarking, NPD preference testing and sensory evaluation
  • Communicate consumer learnings to SLT and across the wider business
  • Manage trend and insights partnerships (e.g. Mintel, The Food People)
  • Represent the consumer voice in commercial and strategic forums
  • Support the marketing team's capability uplift across insights methodologies
  • Oversee the insights budget across sensory and consumer understanding

About you:

You are a consumer insights leader with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research. You have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, experience managing research agencies and internal partnerships, and knowledge of FMCG, QSR or foodservice. You possess strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking skills, a proactive, structured approach and the ability to bring insight to life for commercial teams.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about consumer insights and has a proven track record of delivering results-driven research strategies.
