Job Overview
">This exciting leadership role in the finance function is a great opportunity to make a significant impact and drive strategic financial planning and analysis. As Group Planning Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the team's objectives and providing guidance and mentorship to the financial planning and analysis team.
About the Role
">- You will oversee the financial planning and analysis team, including developing and coordinating monthly performance reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and a three-year plan for CA ANZ Group.
- Review key financial models to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business needs and special projects.
- Work closely with the CFO leadership team to develop and deliver on the CFO functional strategy.
Your Skills and Qualifications
">- Experience leading a finance business partnering team and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis, business case preparation, and performance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in building financial models.
- Superior business communication skills and experience in preparing Board/ARC level papers.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent).
