The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Line of Business (LOB) Finance team. As a key finance partner, you'll provide end-to-end support across financial performance, including internal management reporting and forecasting, insights and analysis to support decision making; external reporting; financial control and governance, and financial risk management.

You'll be responsible for leading the CIB quarterly Revenue Forecast and Annual Target setting process, co-ordinating fortnightly Balance Sheet Outlook, and accountable for delivering robust and timely CIB Revenue (Margin and Fee) performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse complex financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting with over 7 years post graduate experience.
  • CA/CPA qualification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Sound technical knowledge and related accounting considerations.
  • Sound knowledge of financial control practices, processes, and discipline.
