About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the Group Planning Manager position in our finance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning and analysis, leading a high-performing finance business partners team, and delivering on our team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of financial planning and analysis processes and systems, including developing and coordinating monthly performance reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and a three-year plan.
  • Review and analysis of key financial models to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Leadership of ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business needs and special initiatives.
About You

We are looking for an experienced FP&A leader who can influence people at all levels, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a passion for making a difference. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven track record of leading a finance business partnering team.
  • Experience in financial planning & analysis, business case preparation, and performance reporting, preferably in an ASX environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in building financial models.
  • Superior business communication skills, with the ability to prepare Board-level papers.
  • An eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure takes into account the location (Sydney) and the industry standard for similar roles. Please note that this estimate may vary based on individual circumstances.
