Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience. A car allowance is included in the package to support your work requirements, and you'll have the opportunity to travel for work a few times a year.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Development Manager, focusing on building and uplifting capability across the Western Australian region.
You will partner strategically with our Regional General Manager and Area Managers to bring our people plan to life, shaping and influencing key regional initiatives and activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, engaging, and developing talent through our pipeline from Nandoca (team member) to Area Manager, ensuring proactive workforce planning.
- Working with our RGM and AMs to identify future leaders/high potentials and create development plans.
- Driving participation in engagement surveys, analysing results, and implementing action plans.
- Focusing on Safety, Health & Well-Being, Changing Lives, and strategic project work to improve and evolve our People & Culture function.
- Supporting recruitment priorities and actively driving recruitment activities for the region.
- Contributing to the development of an engaged and aligned Nando's culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A tertiary degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in developing talent and coaching others, ideally in a multi-site business.
- Ability to work in a partnership model, demonstrated through support, guidance, and collaboration.
- Leadership skills and ability to land projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
