About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based in WA, with regular travel throughout the region. As a Regional Talent Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the region.

  • Identify and engage high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans to support their growth and career progression.
  • Work closely with the Regional General Manager and Area Managers to drive business outcomes and achieve company objectives.
  • Analyse metrics such as turnover, retention, and compliance to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of our team members.
  • Support the delivery of culture and engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent development and coaching. If you have a passion for helping others grow and thrive, and are committed to driving business results, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Benefits include a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and additional benefits.
