This role focuses on developing and uplifting capabilities across the WA region, working in partnership with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Area Managers (AMs). If you have a passion for coaching and creating engaging cultures, this might be the perfect fit for you.

You will collaborate strategically to bring ANZ's people plan to life, shape regional initiatives, and contribute to key events. This influential role works closely with other People and Culture partners to drive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Identify, engage, and develop talent from Nandoca (team member) to Area Manager, ensuring proactive workforce planning and bench management.
  • Future Leaders Identification: Work with the RGM and AMs to identify high potentials and develop tailored growth plans.
  • Metric Analysis and Action Planning: Examine metrics like turnover, retention, compliance, and partner with Operations to build action plans for regional stability.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Drive participation, analyze results, and implement relevant action plans to enhance engagement.
  • Culture and Safety Focus: Contribute to strategic projects improving the People & Culture function, focusing on safety, health, well-being, changing lives, and employee recognition.
  • Recruitment Support: Prioritize recruitment needs, drive group recruitment, and assist restaurant management recruitment.
  • Nando's Culture Development: Positively contribute to an engaged and aligned culture, partnering with RGMs and AMs on culture and engagement events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in developing talent, coaching others, ideally in a multi-site business.
  • Ability to work in a partnership model, demonstrated through support, guidance, and collaboration.
  • Project leadership and landing skills.
  • Previous experience in Employee Relations activities (desired but not necessary).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong influence abilities.
  • Comfortable supporting regional activity, being present in restaurants, and open to regional travel.
