Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI Technical Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with a passion for safe and responsible AI adoption.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop risk-mitigation strategies, monitoring tools, and safety protocols for AI systems.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in AI technology.
  • Design and integrate guardrails and validation mechanisms to ensure reliable outputs.
  • Support robustness testing, bias detection, and performance monitoring of AI models.
  • Collaborate on frameworks that improve accuracy and reduce system drift.
  • Analyze root causes of safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and stay across emerging AI safety standards.
  • Train teams on AI safety principles and contribute to governance frameworks.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of commercial experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development.
  • You possess a solid understanding of AI safety principles, including risk assessment and hazard identification.
  • You have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and evaluation.
  • You are familiar with retrieval-based systems, reinforcement learning safety, and cloud platforms.
  • You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have proven ability to deliver in complex environments.
