Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in translating high-level product strategies into actionable technical specifications, ensuring a clear understanding for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and workflow for AI projects, map business process flows, gather detailed technical requirements, and translate them into specifications for development teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify project requirements and workflow.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other project-related documentation.
  • Serve as a key communication link between data scientists and engineers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the project's technical requirements and business context.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes, including creating test plans, developing test cases, and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate that the final product meets the documented requirements and effectively solves the business problem.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a technical business analyst, process analyst, or similar.
  • Proven experience mapping and documenting technical processes, especially in data-centric projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML project lifecycles and agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong technical documentation abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; business analysis or process management certifications are a plus.
