About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Deployment Specialist.

As an AI Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of AI solutions for our clients. This involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and configuring our AI tools to meet their specific requirements.

You will also be responsible for guiding clients through the technical implementation process while building strong relationships with them. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients get maximum value from our AI solutions and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
  • Understand client workflows and configure Lorikeet's AI tools to meet their specific needs
  • Guide clients through technical implementation while building strong relationships
  • Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently
Requirements
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in technical implementation, management consulting, or similar roles
  • A technical background, training or mindset (e.g., CS or engineering major, experience in math or stats, or a track record of learning and using technical skills)
  • Strong project leadership skills with a track record of independently leading complex technical solutions
  • Experience building & managing stakeholder relationships (e.g., comfortable working with external clients)
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g., effectively listen on all levels, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders)
  • Solution-oriented mindset (e.g., think creatively to solve problems and 'hack' systems to do unexpected things)
