This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team and contribute to the successful integration of AI into businesses. As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver, guiding customers in leveraging AI to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their workflow requirements and configure AI solutions to meet their needs
  • Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
  • Analyze customer challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional support
  • Work closely with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy
  • Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Solve complex integration challenges creatively and effectively

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field
  • Strong project leadership skills, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
  • Enjoy problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to challenges
  • Excited about AI and already experimenting with it (e.g., using AI tools or learning how AI can be applied in business)
  • Technical curiosity and enjoy learning new tools, even if you don't have a formal technical background
