Job Title: Sales and Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales and operations professional to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store operations. This includes managing the sales floor, processing customer transactions, and maintaining store appearance.

You will also be responsible for supporting and developing your team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to our customers. This includes coaching and mentoring employees, providing feedback and guidance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including sales floor management and customer transactions
  • Support and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and productivity
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in sales and operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive safely
