Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager to join our team.

This role involves assisting in managing the operation of a jewellery department, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, improving employee efficiency, and preparing sales and retail-related reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution.
  • Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations.
  • Manage the operation of the department and improve employee efficiency.
  • Prepare sales and retail-related reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years solid working experience in the retail industry, preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.
  • Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications, and portable devices.
