Retail Centre Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Drive business performance, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless vehicle delivery and efficient inventory management.
  • Work closely with stock control to meet customer demands and maintain operations.
  • Lead finance and insurance (F&I) performance, compliance, and support.
  • Maintain site operations that are safe, compliant with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, and adhere to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines.

You will bring:

  • Proven management experience in a sales environment with a track record in performance management.
  • Success in leading and developing teams to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • A focus on delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for team development and upholding company values.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is desirable.
