We're committed to operational excellence, inclusion, and creating real opportunities for women and Indigenous Australians in the industry.The Role:We're looking for a driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the full scope of our business operations, including fleet coordination, sales, compliance, and team leadership.
This role also includes contributing to sales and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational management and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, compliance, fleet and driver coordination in collaboration with our operations supervisorLead internal teams including operations and salesMonitor overall business performance and drive improvementsContribute to client management, quoting, and business developmentEnsure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of servicesReport directly to the Company DirectorWhat We're Looking For:Experience in transport, logistics, or civil construction operationsStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of sales, quoting, and client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to social impact and diversityWhy Join NLA?
