Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Weekend Day Shift team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours a week, with rostered days off and opportunities to bank overtime. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, reviewing and reporting line performance, leading team meetings, and taking ownership of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily operations of the manufacturing line
  • Reviewing and reporting line performance

  • Completing relief, rostering and training of team members
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage and coordinate a work group to achieve agreed goals and objectives
  • The ability to plan and coordinate multiple simultaneous work activities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills that foster trust, cooperation and support among team members
