About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a critical position within our maintenance team in QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on underground mobile plant electrical systems
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Carry out scheduled servicing and electrical upgrades in line with OEM specs
  • Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and electrical standards
  • Work collaboratively with mechanical and operations teams to support production

Fault Finding and Repairing Electrical Systems

The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy machinery in mining, construction, civil, agriculture, or similar industries (mining experience highly regarded)

Requirements:

  • Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
  • Experience with underground mining machinery advantageous - especially Sandvik drill rigs
  • Sound diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
