PACE Appointments is currently recruiting for TWO Electrical Supervisors to join respected manufacturing clients. Both positions offer stability, leadership responsibility, and the chance to drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience within an electrical maintenance environment
  • Strong preventative maintenance background with a focus on best practice and reliability improvement
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement sustainable solutions

Role Specifics:

  • Brisbane Southside role: FMCG/Industrial manufacturing experience required
  • Moreton Bay role: Industrial manufacturing experience required (FMCG not essential)
  • Position Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, standard day shifts with overtime

Duties:

  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimisation of plant electrical systems
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current QLD Electrical Licence
  • Proven supervisory or leading hand experience
  • Automation and PLC knowledge and understanding
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical
  • Current driver's licence
  • MUST currently reside in Australia

Eligibility:

Applications will be considered primarily from Australian citizens or permanent residents. Visa holders will only be considered if they have proven electrical supervisory experience within Australia or New Zealand and have FULL working rights.
