As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented and customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Success team.

**Your new role**
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our tech products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements.
- Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer enquiries to help develop knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by displaying empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes based on customer feedback

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer enquiries with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
- A team player who can collaborate and contribute to the success of the Customer Success team.
- Flexibility to work 3/4 days a week during office hours
