About the Role

As a Civil Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of engineers to deliver high-impact projects in mining and infrastructure engineering design. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Ensuring that engineering design outcomes meet client needs, legal compliance, quality requirements, and are fit for purpose.
  • Developing strong project-level client relationships.
  • Supporting Management to ensure the implementation of market and client strategies, creating high levels of client service and opportunity.
  • Participating in the development activities of staff to help them realize their potential and the success of our people and business.
  • Continuing to develop technical standards and design processes.
  • Managing and directing the workloads for a team of civil engineers.
About You

We are looking for exceptional professionals with:

  • Experience in a consultancy environment in civil mining infrastructure in a team leader or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop business.
  • Experience in managing the engineering scope of multiple projects varying in complexity and size.
