Project Engineering Position Overview

Celotti Workforce is seeking skilled professionals to manage site-based delivery of civil infrastructure projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil infrastructure projects, managing subcontractors, procurement, and project planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the site-based delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement, and project programming
  • Track project costs and contribute to regular reporting
  • Maintain quality assurance/quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Support junior engineers and assist with tendering where required
  • Regional travel is necessary – accommodation and meals are provided
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4+ years' experience in site-based civil work
  • Valid driver's license and Construction White Card
  • Familiarity with TMR or RMS standards is beneficial
  • Strong initiative, professionalism, and teamwork skills
