You will gather requirements, standardize processes, and ensure documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements are met in line with the new system design.
This position requires strong collaboration skills, data analysis expertise, and experience with process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories to support the KeyLink 2.0 implementation.
- Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and manage issue tracking and resolution with vendors and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in supporting large-scale system implementation projects.
- Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll have the required qualifications and experience.
