Job Title: Project Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project implementation specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of policies and initiatives related to equity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans for digital capability;
  • Coordinating with dynamic teams to ensure effective delivery of digital and virtual learning projects, particularly in emerging technologies like generative artificial intelligence (AI);
  • Leading the coordination, organisation, and promotion of professional development activities identified for the program;
  • Collaborating on teaching and learning projects in emerging technologies, including generative AI;
  • Ensuring high-quality development and production of products, services, and activities for digital and virtual learning;
  • Providing secretariat support for project governance groups to ensure effective implementation within established timeframes and allocated resources;
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project development and delivery;
  • Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project development, monitoring, and reporting;
  • Proven ability to manage projects and achieve outcomes within set timeframes;
  • Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
