Project Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are implemented within given timelines and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are implemented within given timelines and scope.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full implementation life cycle of the product suite.
  • Train customers on-site and remotely.
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor, track, and report delivery activity and project status.
  • Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management/Implementation.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
  • Great problem-solving ability.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a PM role with good 'standalone' implementation experience.
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
