Job Overview

We are seeking a Program Support Officer to join our team, responsible for key outcomes under the Implementation Support Project. This project aims to develop and strengthen regional mental health intake and navigation services.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and monitoring of project activities, provide extensive administrative support, and guide contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and support with the Implementation Support Project
  • Contribution to the development and monitoring of project activities
  • Extensive administrative support to project managers, coordinators, and external groups
  • Contract administration including due diligence checks and tracking receipts and invoices
  • Meeting and event coordination
Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must possess qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in administrative and project support activities. Excellent phone and customer service skills, along with knowledge of the primary healthcare industry and mental health service provision, are highly desirable.
