Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the development and execution of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in either creative, media agency or marketing roles.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, creation and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters and automated flows.

You will collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring marketing activity supports cross-functional KPIs and meets compliance obligations.

Critical to success is a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring journeys are optimised and every interaction delivers impact.

You will champion data-driven decision making and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

This role will also contribute to martech strategy development, stakeholder engagement, process and governance frameworks across the marketing team.

Your key responsibilities will include defining, implementing and continuously improving lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments.

You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention and operational efficiency through effective email and direct mail marketing strategies.
