Senior Manager Email and Direct Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in either creative, media agency or marketing environments. They will be confident developing and evolving lifecycle communications strategies, with a deep understanding of how to turn business needs into actionable marketing solutions.

The role requires analytical and creative skills, with a proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects and deliver results in risk-aware settings. Experience with CMS and CRM platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce, along with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture, will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Define and implement lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments.
  • Oversight of planning, creation and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters and automated flows.
  • Collaboration across teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing.
  • Ability to develop and evolve lifecycle communications strategies.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
