Employee Wellbeing and Cultural Initiatives Coordinator

A collaborative HR professional with a passion for employee wellbeing and cultural initiatives is required to work across the employee lifecycle, designing and delivering programs that support inclusion, learning and development, and employee benefits.
This role will champion a 'can-do' attitude across our sites, helping leaders navigate HR challenges with empathy and flexibility.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver programs that foster a positive workplace culture, promote diversity and inclusion, and support employee growth and development.
- Champion a collaborative approach, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving across teams.
- Support strategic projects, including the implementation of new payroll and HR systems, enterprise bargaining, and reconciliation initiatives.
- Be the go-to expert for key HR platforms and tools, providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.
- Coordinate recognition and reward programs, ensuring employees feel valued and empowered.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring HR expertise to broader organisational projects.
Key skills include excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
