Heavy Equipment Repair Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and warranty work on a fleet of CAT 794 Electric Trucks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping valued customers informed about job progress and costs.
- Ensure repairs are carried out using the appropriate control guidelines to prevent rework.
- Determine the reusability of all disassembled parts.
- Submit accurate service reports, timecards, parts request sheets, and parts quotes.
- Support the sale of genuine parts and provide guidance on suitable repairs.
- You will possess relevant trade qualifications and experience working with earthmoving equipment.
- You will have industry experience in earthmoving, construction, quarrying, local council, maritime port, and agricultural sectors.
- You will exhibit well-developed communication and customer service skills.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed.
- You will demonstrate expertise with desktop computers and devices.
- You will have experience with Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi and SIS).
- You will commit to high workplace health and safety standards.
- You will be able to perform under pressure during peak periods.
