  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and warranty work on a fleet of heavy machinery including CAT 794 Electric Trucks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed of job progress and costs
  • Ensure high-quality repairs are carried out using standardized procedures to minimize rework
  • Determine the reusability of all disassembled parts to optimize resources
  • Submit accurate reports, timecards, parts request sheets, and parts quotes
  • Support the sale of genuine parts and provide guidance on suitable repairs when requested
