About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Executive Search & Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting the leader who values their EAs. This temporary role has the potential to become permanent and offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, emails, travel, and expenses with ease.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones to create a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare polished presentations for executive search projects.
- Organize meetings, set agendas, and capture key takeaways.
- Use your Excel skills to prepare reports for important initiatives.

About You
- You've worked as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant before.
- Bonus points if you've worked in a Talent, Executive Search, or Recruitment world.
- You're detail-oriented, super organized, and great at keeping things on track.
- You know your way around MS Office like a pro.
- You'll need full work rights in Australia, as this role could turn permanent.
