About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute search strategies to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Conduct industry-specific and client company research to present market insights to our clients.
  • Prepare business development materials to present to prospective clients.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process and present qualified candidates to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in executive search or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing search strategies and placing top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience targeting potential candidates, developing pitch materials, and conducting market research.
  • Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams.
