Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client empowerment through job readiness and interview preparation
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES
  • Place clients in sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is recorded, documented and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the process

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Evidence of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong focus on delivering KPIs and making placements
  • CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENCE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN LOCATIONS
