We are seeking a Director of Resident Experience, an exceptional leader who will spearhead the Meaningful Life program in our Care Community. This role involves developing opportunities for engagement, purposeful participation, social events and activities that cater to all residents.

This is a leadership position offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible work arrangements available. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and coaching care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating resident care plans and conducting key lifestyle assessments
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide tailored approaches for each resident to aid their mobility and independence
  • Liaising with residents and their families to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team, and a passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences.
