Hospitality Services Director

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Services Director to lead our hospitality services, including dining, cleaning, laundry, and Concierge services.

The successful candidate will have direct reports of Head Chef, Concierge, and Housekeeping Assistants. Key responsibilities include managing hospitality functional areas to deliver high-quality services contributing to a safe and comfortable home environment, ensuring efficient use of resources, and promoting relationship-centred approach to service provision with residents, families, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • A passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly is essential
  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills are required
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or Aged Care Management are preferred, along with demonstrated leadership experience and ability to build relationships with older people
  • Effective coaching/training skills and conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence are also necessary
  • A desire to enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals is vital
